Managing the day-to-day customer-IGT relationship to ensure successful implementation of the program plan and service according to the terms of the contract, I am a member of the core  team who  establishes an IGT program for IT system Delivery.  

Being the first contact for Lottery for other activities such as operations and field service support, the main tasks are , to drive process improvement using best practice methods to solve inefficiency with employees' productivity and the multiple IT applications required for completing job duties, and to lead and manage Service Level Agreements according to the terms of the contracts.

I provided overall management and support for concomitant projects across multiple products, acting as a go-between Customers, the Management and the Development, QA (Quality Assurance) and Delivery teams. Working close to the Account Development Manager, I applied IGT PMO processes and project best practices to ensure the projects would run consistently and that risks were communicated. I worked with the Resource Manager of Development and QA to define and plan new projects and to roll out initiatives within different groups. I worked closely with these Managers to ensure that projects were executed successfully, with production stability, high-quality service and high customer satisfaction.

I led and managed a team of 34 technical resources, on-site and off-site, 3 levels of support for nearly 4.000 internal Applied Materials customers across EMEA region. The main Key Performance Indicators were 95% of the Service Level Agreements were achieved and customer satisfaction was 4.6/5 within the approved functional budget. Being the main contact for local business management, I worked with the council and Regional Executive committie.

Team member of the Merge and Acquisition team, my main role was to roll-out Applied Materials' IT infrastructure 120 days after the official announcement. I managed 5 merge-and-acquisitions across the world.
